About Level Up
The Level Up workforce development program aims to provide individuals with the necessary resources, education, and up-skill certifications to help accelerate their personal and professional growth all at no COST. The program is designed to uplift and empower individuals and communities by offering them access to education and training programs to help them achieve equitable outcomes and secure gainful employment.

Certification programs take three to six months to complete, and the timing is flexible, so it works with your demanding schedule. The LEVEL UP program hosts community events, and provides professional support in optimizing your resume and LinkedIn profile, interview prep, and more. We’ll also connect you to knowledgeable speakers and professionals in relevant fields, to add to your educational experience.

What are Google Career Certificates?
Google Career Certificates provide job seekers with access to in-demand skills through job training without needing a college degree or prior experience in the fields of Data Analytics, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce, IT Support, Project Management, User Experience (UX) Design and Cyber Security.
These certificates are taught and developed by Google employees with decades of experience in these fields and are hands-on, practical, and rigorous. Learners can earn a certificate in three-to-six months part-time.
What happens after I graduate and receive my certification?
Google has established an employer consortium of 150+ companies across the U.S. that have signed on to hire certificate graduates.
Google offers exclusive career resources to program graduates at no cost, including connecting them to a career counselor via CareerCircle and covering the $79/month cost of Big Interview, which enables them to participate in mock interviews, build their resume, receive job search tips and more.
Google has also partnered with leading industry organizations such as CompTIA A+ and the Project Management Institute to offer discounts to program graduates to continue their career development.
